X. PUBLISHING AND PRESENTING OF SCIENTIFIC REPORT
Manuscripts sent on time and in the right manner will be peer - reviewed as prescribed. The approval manuscripts will be invited to present at the conference. The scientific committee of the conference will select the best quality reports which have been reviewed for accepting for publication in a journal issue of Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology (VJST) - Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology 2020 or a special issue of the journal Environmental Science & Pollution Research - ESPR (IF: 2,914).
- Oral reports will be presented at the sessions of the conference.
- Posters limited within a maximum area equivalent to the size of A0-sized paper and printed on one side (prepared by delegates).
XI. MANUSCRIPT SPECIFICATIONS AND SUBMISSION PROCESS
- An abstract length not exceeding 200 words, 3 - 5 keywords.
- The full-text manuscript must not exceed 6 pages in length.
- Do not accept the author named in more than 3 manuscripts.
- Manuscripts with only 1 author name are not accepted (except review papers)
- Guidelines for presenting the papers at the request of the Editorial Board of the Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology and Environmental Science and Pollution Research will be send to the authors whose abstracts are accepted by the Conference scientific committee and posted on Conference website.
- Manuscripts (Abstract and Full-text) are only accepted to be posted online via the website: https://fes.hus.vnu.edu.vn/ifgtm/
XII. IMPORTANT DATES:
Febuary 05, 2020: The 1st Announcement.
March 15, 2020: Deadline for submitting the Abstracts.
April 2, 2020: Deadline for notifying authors of accepted / not accepted abstracts.
June 15, 2020: Deadline for the authors to submit the full report (Full-text).
June 30, 2020: The 2nd Announcement
August 15, 2020: Deadline for notifying authors of accepted / not accepted manuscripts.
September 15, 2020: Register for the Conference.
October 2020 (Date to be confirmed): Conference.
XIII. CONFERENCE AND PUBLICATION FEES
- Review fee: 750,000 VND / manuscript submitted to the workshop (funding used for reviewing the manuscript).
- Publishing fee: 750,000 VND / selected manuscript.
- Participation fee: 500,000 VND / person (including conference documents, coffee break and reception).
- PhD students from member universities are exempted from the 50% publication fee and are supported with a travel fee of 1,000,000 VND for PhD students from the Southern member universities; 500,000 VND for PhD students from member universities in Hue and Da Nang.
- Postgraduate students having oral presentations or posters are exempted from registration fee.
